Why to Enroll in SYMMETRY Device Management

SYMMETRY manages certain aspects of the devices we provide to ensure a smooth experience for our clients, maintain software compatibility, and ensure the device is being used in line with our contracts. There are several reasons why you may want to consider enrolling your device into management:

  • No additional cost to the facility
  • Ensures all software upgrades and updates are tested and validated by the SYMMETRY IT team before install
  • Ensures guaranteed compatibility when upgrading to a newer Windows version (for example, Windows 10 to Windows 11)
  • Gives SYMMETRY IT staff greater insights and abilities to troubleshoot without needing facility staff involvement
  • Provides easy access to install new software without the involvement of SYMMETRY IT staff
  • Provides the ability for facility staff to have individual logins on the laptop, eliminating shared accounts (coming soon)
  • Provides the ability for facility administration to limit what their technicians are able to browse and run on SYMMETRY laptops (coming soon)
  • Allows an easier turn-around and more personalized experience for facilities that manage their own @Home clients (coming soon)
